I am going to try
and whip something up real quick on my Libreoffice, since I was
actually looking up trends to write about. Funny enough, you can
write about the fact that you're blogging about what trends are in. I
never wanted to be one of those people that researched trends,
because I would like to be the trend setter or intuit them. I sought
out advice from one of Seth Godin's blogs called: “Blah, Blah,
Blah.” Seth suggest writing about the unexpected and that whatever
you choose to write about (the unexpected) is exactly what readers
want to read about. Wolf that is a sigh of relief because that's
where I'm going with on here. To just express myself and practice the
art of writing and publishing viral pieces of work.
I'm thinking how I need to create a niche to write to... about technology, metaphysics, holistic health, homesteading,
pet psychology, marketing and entrepreneurship. I read a book called “The Education of Millionaires.”
Books like that can change games--makes you think you can
create startups and build brands; by being proactive and creative.
Essentially learn by doing, which is what I'm working on. Starting a
non-toxic cleaning company with my spouse was humbling. I learned a lot, because of all the different hats you have to wear. I
dealt with clients and their needs, listening to a creative market. I've read about entrepreneurs too.
I learned about how much I like working for
myself, being creative and challenged. It's rewarding when
someone responded to our Internet ads or direct mail response. And how flaky potential clients can be,
which caused me to throw in the towel. Plus my business partner is
out. So now that door closed and I need to open new doors-- you can
learn from other entrepreneur ventures. It being Friday...the creative energy is flowing. I'm passionate enough, so I keep telling myself. Please share your entrepreneur spirit with me today?
