Thanksgiving Starbucks Blend: Review 2017

My passion for coffee deserves a book in its honor. And not all coffee is created equal. When it comes to a good cup of Joe it's all about the medium blends. Now I'm no coffee snob but know there's two distinctive beans in our coffee world. The two famous beans are: Arabica and Robusta, 70% of the world uses Arabica blends.

Black Gold Around the World

Coffee is a major cash crop traded like black gold around the world. You would think oil is black gold and it is in many senses. But coffee makes the world go round too. As a matter of fact I wish I was drinking some of Starbucks Thanksgiving Blend right now. It's tasty and gets my wheels going. Starbucks is the king of gimmicks with all the holiday cups and seasonal blends they dish out. And I drink it up. It's a premium beverage.

The Flavors and The Turkey

The Thanksgiving Blend at Starbucks is worth writing about. It's prided on being a beverage which can accompany a delicious turkey dinner. Think food and wine pairings. This particular coffee can go with my meal. Hurray! So I can get all caffeinated and full. What more can you ask for? Full and drunk? No thank you!

The Creator of This Blend

The creator of the giving blend quotes his roast as "spicy and earthy in flavors." Apparently it's a Sumatra coffee bean, which means it comes from Indonesia. Sounds like fancy pancy Island coffee. No this is no Kona blend (also delicious).  This is something else and I'm thankful for it every fall this time of year.
